Well i managed to get a viper tuner from the states to come over and tune three SC'd vipers....

I'm confused, there's a run that shows 634HP, was that pre tune or part way through or what?

Also, is 742HP at the wheels or calculated at the crank?

Part way both are at the crank... There was a total of three cars, So there is a few runs and bhp No's

Yellow GTS was 629
Black GTS was 730

What was it before the tune and what was it at the wheel at the end of the day?

it was 690 and over fueling like made, real hard to start and a bit harsh to drive with fueling all over the place..
And that was on AEM which has now gone.......

Now drives PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
