Well part of it's documented history

In answer to the question why
Because every secondhand car I looked at had a patchy history and I decided to record this cars history because I never intend to sell it

Factory Build Sheet :

Mileage Log Sheet for every year :

Fuel Consumption Log from new, only ever using Shell Optimax which was renamed V Power a few years ago :

The F Body Kids were young then, Senior F Body has a job now

Just look at Edge - Bottom right hand corner

Rocky is Da Man when it comes to painting

Oop's dam speed camera's were every where
42 day ban and a £700 fine, but no points

See it's always been clean

Official GM Service Books ( Over 7,000 pages ) :

Official GM Repair Manuals :

Plenty of Camaro Books :

Latest news from F Body Land :

I thought I was quite pedantic with organising and keeping vehicle service histories

All seems quite good until I noticed you also keep a record of all fuel used by the car and how much it cost

Great though. Let me know next time you are selling something - I want first shout

gotta love how the spec sheet doesn't quite translate UK to US - super unleaded RON 95....ummm.. 95 aint super, super is 97 RON or higher! even our regular petrol is better than the Americans good stuff.

seriously though, that's the sort of history that doubles a cars value when its 30 years old.

It really isn't that much effort, well not the amount I drive the car

I only do it because that's the sort of detail I'd like if I was buying a car, many of the 60 odd cars I've owned had little or no history
That said after careful inspection I've only got bitten about five or six times and the rule is after fixing it " Don't spend a penny more on the vehicle, get shut of it ASAP "

Some censorship has gone on, might want to do the reg plate in the rozza photos though

Very impressive. Some might say a little CDO!

I never have enough time, if I did I be doing a proper full blown vintage restoration job
But I'd rather spend a chilly hour in the unheated garage tonight, than watch some old tosh on the telly
Interesting fact of the day being that Dielectic Grease is designed to lubricate and preserve rubber, hence the reason it's also used in

T Tops tend to be an important part of Camaro's which get overlooked and neglected
