Simple one for me - design it, find some suitable wheels (ebay), have it fabricated and assemble !

Easy !!

Stats :

Material - 2mm Stainless
Size - 1.19m x 2.39m
Ground clearance - 40mm
Weight - 56kg (empty)
Liquid Capacity - 140+ litres
Castors - Nylon (With all Stainless fixings)
Cost - £270 approx (Not inc assembly)

Thinking of getting another one made next year.

It's actually 144 litres.

Edit - 142.2 litres.

Not a fan.  It's not going to be used as a oil drain, only a tray, so I left one out.

Plus over such a large area and oils viscosity I figured that it wouldn't actually drain out easily, anyway.

They're smooth enough.  I have some rubber stripping but thought it overkill.

or cut your hands

You have an Mondeo Klub for Boys number plate! That's dedication.

You say that as though the day a person can afford to own and run a Mondeo is the day they become a man, but not just any man, MONDEO MAN!
