Mum & I have used ours to Skype quite a bit and never had any issues with the camera (although I do normally leave mine off ;-) )

Me and Mum both have the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8" - we both got ours from Tesco, but here it is on Amazon
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-8-inch-White-x/dp/B00EC9C2E2

It's a nice size tablet without being too heavy to hold. There are tons of cases for them on Ebay for around £1-£5 as well

We both paid just over £200 for it, so it has come down a bit in price - looks like that is cause the Tab 4 8" is now out for the same price as the Tab 3

Computers and Games / 2.8hours later
« on: January 21, 2015, 12:31:46 pm »
Someone at work mentioned he'd seen this on Facebook.
Basically it's a zombie survival game played in a number of cities\towns

You can either play a zombie (and go to zombie school) or be a survivor trying to rescue the last uninfected children on earth

http://2.8hourslater.com/

Quoting: Website
Five years after the original outbreak, a terrible discovery has been made. The human race is dying out as the number succumbing to the zombie infection overtakes birth rates. Hunger, anarchy and murder rule. In facing extinction, we face the darkest aspects of our humanity. Outnumbered by the infected, on a collision course with a desolate future, you are part of a resistance group that has located the only uninfected children on earth.

With a brand new story, new gameplay and challenge orientated – you will need to be smart, as well as fast, to survive the night. Can you break into the quarantined slum, outwit the criminal gangs, out-run the zombies and get to them before it's too late? Will you put the survival of the species before your own?

Will you survive the night?

Come Play.

Right, my 6 cars:

1998 - 2003/4ish
Ford Fiesta Popular Plus A-Reg
This was my first car, bought long before I ever passed my test. Was a manual. Fantastic little car bought for £550 and then spent about that on insurance at the time. This was sold to a scrap yard for £50

2003 - 2004
Renault Clio L-Reg
I bought this car just before I passed my Auto test. Was a good run-around and great as a first car. Had the 1.4 petrol engine. Sold to a colleague at the place i was working at the time, who then managed to break it and had to have it scrapped

2004
Rover 216Sli P-Reg
I loved driving this car, it had the right amount of pulling power from a standing start but happy to cruise along as well. Would have another one now as a daily if one came up. It also managed to tow the caravan when needed as well.

2004-2005/6ish
Pontiac Grand Prix L-Reg
My first step into American cars. Mainly bought to go on the AACI French trip that year as I didn't want to drive Ian's Mustang Grande at the time.
Had the 3.1 V6 engine and even fully loaded could still go some

2004-2006
Camaro 3rd Gen B-Reg
Ian bought me this as an early Christmas present as I wanted a 'fun car' and liked driving Phil's white camaro. This had the 5ltr V8 Engine
Springs had been chopped before we got it, so no going anywhere near any speed humps. Learned more driving this car than any other and loved every minute until the fuel pump stopped working on the way home from Mum's one day. While it was off the road (and I'd just got the 4th Gen) we had the springs replaced and it was never the same car for me after that
Sold to a friend from the Swindon American car meet who did bring it to a few meets but unsure what happened after then.

2005-present
Camaro 4th Gen N-Reg
My Current car. Was my daily for quite some time until taken off the road last year as needs a lot of work on it to get it through another MOT. Also could do with a re-spray to sort out the pealing lacquer on the doors/rear panels.
Has the 3.8Ltr V6 petrol engine.

count for me is 26 vehicles (!!!!), vicky's on 6....

Although not all of Ian's 26 were actually in his name
But we can't remember which ones were put in my name to cover Ian driving them home on his insurance

There's an new burger place opening in CMK I noticed but not a clue what it's like.

Noticed this when in town on Friday with Mum.
It had been 'opening soon' for ages but on Friday it was open

Website is a bit poor though, even the menu seems only half filled in
