Got to work quicker than normal this morning, less cars on the road and the lack of tail gaiting made for a reasonable journey.

Only got about 3" of snow in MK.

The blade you use to get water of the car after cleaning came in handy this morning, only took about 2 minutes to clear the snow of the whole car.

Always think it's a good idea to get as much snow of the car as possible, not so much fun following a mobile blizzard that is someone who cant be bothered to spend a few extra seconds clearing the rest of the car. Makes it a bit safer for everyone else to.

Brushed mine off before I left; laughed at the twat on the corner who was pouring a kettle of water over his then just tutted all the way to work as people either drove like they just nicked it or drove at 10 miles an hour.

My car park is empty, it occurs to me that the only people who come to work when its like this are either the boss or those who need the money (or both!)

I swear in this country if we have an inch of snow there are people reaching for their crampons to walk up the high street

The general work ethic in this country is why blue collar jobs are being outsoured to China and white collar jobs are being outsourced to India...

The 3 who live near our office are in, I work from home anyways as can at least 1 other person.
So we're not doing too bad.

I can remember when i was at college, i got back in from a business trip from vegas, then drove straight to college in northampton and when i got there it was deserted, seems the students who mainly lived on campus couldnt get in along with some of the lecturers. ever mind the fact i had basically driven in from heathrow with little or no trouble

I do to, unless i'm infectios obviously... I've taken some wierd and wonderful routes to work in the past, trying to make use of what little public transport opperates in slightly less than ideal weather conditions.

Its ridiculous that the trans-siberia express can plough though a snow drift yet we're not allowed on the train platforms here because we MAY slip.... BUY SOME SALT !!!! fu*king facists....
