Low tyre pressure

Any idea why I have one tyre that won't hold the required pressure? (30psi)

It doesn't go flat, but always drops to 25psi.

could be the rim, you could have the tyres swapped around and see if it still does it

could be the valve, they're a couple of quid to have swapped at a tyre place, or the bead might not be seated 100%, could have a tiny nail in a tyre somewhere,

I had a dodgy valve in the Cadillac that did that.

the IROC does that too, after winter last year one tyre had dropped to 16psi.

Luckily the 1st place I went @ a sensible pace was the BP station with an air machine because I know it does that (and I forgot to take a pump with me to where it was being kept)
