Title: MK to get WiMAX Network

Could be interesting, 9 & 10meg transmit speeds (http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/cool.gif)

My only concern on that is what happens when 500people connect up, will it drop to 0.5meg?...

Sounds a bit like the Radiant Networks "MESHworks" technology we started to build prototypes of.  Think they trialed in in Wales an Canada...before they went bust.

Frankly, I think it'll be many years before we get even a sniff of a useable wireless service (10Mbps+) that has the sort of coverage cell phones do.
