how have you other beers been in the kegs,
did they get a chance to mature..?...
Yeah, it worked really really well.
The Ruby went after about 4-5 months, the IPA after 4 Months and the Golden I'm just finishing off after just under 5 months.
The IPA, as expected, DID taste a lot better after 3 months . . . I purposely didn't really start drinking it until then.

i ave started the coopers stout kit off ,
added a kilo of brew enhancer..[dme]
a kilo of brown sugar
and 5 tablespoons of instant coffee..
it went of like a volcano
ive had to clean the top of the bucket twice ,they seem to have some sort of zombie yeast ...
been away for a week
and took a few bottles of the aged coopers stout ..its turned out very nice...and strong...(http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/tongue.gif)

Loving the St Peters' Ruby Red at the moment
Best one by far, that.
I'm getting it again as one of my next batches.

I mistakenly put 23 litres of water instead of 19...
Shame, keeping it strong certainly set it apart from most of the others . . . It did take A LONG TIME to mature fully though.

I'll probably put it in the Grolsch bottles and leave it in the Garage for a couple of months, hopefully be ok...In the mean time I'll get another Ruby red on and barrelled..hopefully before the Honeymoon. (http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/up.gif)

They stocking the St Peter's at Lakeland yet?
Yeah, In fact they're phasing out the "cheaper" kits and switching to St. Peter's kits . . . I like to think I had a hand in that.
