Secret Christmas Cake Recipe
This is a secret family recipe for Christmas Cake .........very low salt so you will all be able to enjoy – you can always substitute the vodka!!



Christmas Cake

4 bottles of Vodka
1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs nuts
2 cups of dried fruit

Sample the vodka to check quality.
Take a large bowl, check the vodka again.
To be sure it is the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.

Repeat.
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure the vodka is still OK.
Try another cup . just in case

Turn off the mixerer.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.
Pick fruit off floor. Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck
in the beaterers pry it loose with a sdrewscriver.
Sample the vodka to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something.

Check the vodka.
Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar. Whatever you can find.
Greash the oven and pee in the fridge.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over Don't forget to beat
off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the vodka and kick the
dog.
Fall into bed.

wild and wooley is a big motocross endurance race held in northampton on boxing day. its cold, wet soggy and fun.

its free to watch, and a great way to clear your head after chrimbo. Art attends every year, and i'm gonna go again this year too..

picked the astro up last week, with 99,450 miles on it.. today as the fuel bill for the week passed £100, i looked at the odometer.... 100,110

well, since i've somehow managed to do 100 miles since yesterday, i filled up again, and did an economy check....

with a lot of urban work, a combined figure of 18.75 MPG was achived.

so my estimate is on a run, about 23 - 24 mpg is likely..

pretty much exactly what i expected, hows this compaire with your figures art and martyn?

there is definatley a big power difference between TBi and vortec!! the vortec in martyns is noticably quicker, but has about 60 extra ponies to play with.

ok guys, after an extensive conflab with F body and f body managment, and after taking the previous thread on the subject into consideration, its been decided that the christmas dinner will be at the fancot, and a bowling night (or similar) wil be held seperatley, but at a similar time.

reason for this being that some activities aren't very nipper friendly, and can be costly, so breaking the whole shebang up into two seperate nights gives everyone an option to participate according to their situation and pocket depth!

leaving the activity asside, what day would you prefer the meal? as a starting sugestion, i'd offer  Dec 16th as being probably the most suitable.

we are going to need a £5 per person deposit in about 3 or 4 weeks, prices will be available soon, but expect c. £15 per person...

Astro was due to be MOT'd on tuesday, but after booking in, it was found thurs was the earliest ate.

today comes around, rebeltrucker puts a new battery on the van, turnes the ket to take it to the MOT station *clickclickclick*

k, rebel fits the new starter, then turns key *clickclickclick*

rebel swears and shouts a lot.

van being recoverd tomorrow to ashley swifts place (looks like a corroded battery wire) but ashley isn't working tomorrow.

Saturday it is alegedly going for another attempt at an MOT.

i'm due to collect it on saturday!
