Just tinkering with a few Camaro bits.

I'd love to get the car out, but still far too much salt on the roads
So I'm just catching up on a few bits :

Rear wheel disc hubs weren't looking too pretty :

A good wire brushing, a bit of sandpaper and some black Smoothrite [img]http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/cool.gif" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

Well dropped into the garage for 20 minutes before dinner tonight, 3 hours later I came out

Spent quite a long time trying to t cut & polish the black marks on the inside of the front bumper valance fixing recesses . I'd assumed it was either underseal overspray of just years of dirt :

Turns out it was neither, just where GM hadn't bothered to apply any paint [img]http://www.mkb.cc/forum/smileys/rtfm.gif" alt="" border="0" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" class="bbc_img" />

Engine is getting there

Is this actually hardcore preparation for summer ?

You'll be buying a trailer next.

Not really in the long winter months it's good to remember that you still have a car, once the salts gone she'll be back out again

It's sure not a daily driver, but what's the point of owning a car if you never drive it

I only managed about 1,400 miles last year, must do better this year

Martyn; no-one can ever say you don't look after it (apart from not driving it enough!!!) When you see mine you will probably burst into tears...
