These are non military trucks to be used for reconstruction purposes parked at the Camp Taji National Depot in Iraq

More than likely in the ensuing political unrest after they leave they'll do very nicely as Mobile Gun Platforms for Insurgents or get re-used against them as military transports in about another 10 years when they feel the need to re-invade.
