A long shot on here perhaps but if anyone knows of anyone decent who is looking to rent a house in the northampton area I have one available.

Its my sister in laws, its decent sized a 4 bed linked terrace with conservatory in Thorpelands, Northampton. A couple of miles from Billing. Good size lounge, kitchen diner, 2 double bedrooms and 2 singles, family bathroom with shower (no bath)

No garage and tiny rear garden  -  ideal for confirmed cyclist who hates lawns!! There is residents parking just at the rear.

Its just been redecced throughout following a less than perfect tenancy through a local agent.

£595 pcm ono, available long term

I think the relevant part was that its in Thorpelands

I manage a big agency in MK, a similar sized house here would be around the 850-950 mark. Not as much as london or manchester but higher than the national avergae
