red wine .....blackberry and elderberry

im gonna knock up a gallon of the above ,

after collecting elder berries,blackberries, and a few kilos of sloe berries, [theres sh!t loads out there this year ]

these lot have been stashed in the freezer,




 awaiting another scavenge...

i made 5 gallons of the elder and blackberry ,
 ive just racked it into clean glass dj's and will give it another 6 months b4 drinking,



i have also picked 5kg of blackberries this week,
