Might be a little on the heavy side mate, when do you need it as if LRK does his suspension and engine you could consolidate the shipment at outlaw engines ( my mate Andy)

I was expecting that, so no worries.

I was hoping for early in the new year (or earlier). The bushings that you brought back are technically a xmas present, so I can't go putting them on untl Late Dec anyway.

Of course, we can probably share the workload on each others cars.

When are you thinking of getting your stuff over?

Everyone starts somewhere.  I was mighty impressed that I managed to change my oil seal on my own. (Albeit with a couple of calls for advice mid--way)

BTW, I came up with some great ideas for security and the push button starter, we'll have to discuss it later.

When are you thinking of getting your stuff over?

The Air-ride suspension Kit is £ 1500+ !!!

But It has to be one of the next bits I get (see Caddy Project Thread) . . . as well as the new brake parts . . .

I'd like to say soon, but it's more likely to be February / March.

In fact, I was thinking about doing something similar myself, but I want to do a complete conversion - keyless ignition, but still being relatively secure. Actually, the ideas I have may be more secure than the keys, any muppet can stuff a screwdriver in them at the moment.

I was thinking of something a bit like this (but less colourful) with some added hidden security.

Well My car used to have one of these fancy alarm systems on it with remote start but the last owner must have got attached to it or something because he removed it before it was sold to me. (yes that means more messing around in the wiring loom)  I'd be very interested to see what you have planned in this respect.

Jamie, can the posts re: this be moved to my car's project thread? keep this one on tipoc?

keep this one on topic?

We are fitting a door popper kit to the Duster, BTW.

If that works I'll be adding a kit to the Caddy and Shaving the Handles . . .

Still say the 3rd gen has the perfect mirrors to do a TVR style door poper conversion
