it works as a trike, just add some wipers to the front window, fuel tank in the white storage box

Yeah, I say trike.

That way it stays as a "sleeper".  (no pun intended)

EDGE

you mean, have the bike front INSIDE the caravan.....

you could probably hide a front wheel in the plastic storage hopper, only problem might be the A frame so a front wheel might need to be that far forward a) for stability b) to keep it looking like a trike

yeah you can  -  just requires a bit of modification hehe

Maybe rig the dolly wheel to become a steered wheel ?

I meant that A frame would be classed as a dangerous object if it had no wheel on the end

there's no way....... NO WAY that im driving around in a 2 litre caravan being steered only from the tiny jocky wheel !!!!!1111one i mean... the jocky wheel part is crazy, the rest is typical, but the jocky wheel.... no no no no no...

There's no way a jockey wheel would stand up to road usage anyway.

The best option would be to put the front end of a bike on as suggested above.  You could cover most of it with the front storage box.

Visibility would be awful

I was thinking of replacing it with something more suitable, but keeping with the same "theme".
