Nearly all are in the States where rust isn't as much of an issue.

I'm reluctant to go for (Chrome) steelies as i don't want to be one of these people who have to constantly polish and clean their wheels . . . Or take them off for winter altogether.

I meant blue as in not the black one.

I'd go to town on a refurb on the originals, maybe look as some form of mild customisation on them.

The Hub caps are fine.

They don't need refurbing - wheels could do with a re-paint tho'.
