correct, nicedr flavour than caffreys (which seems to be more watery than i remember) nice deep red colour, good flavour, and a decent punch!

one of the best ales out there.. i also really like theakstons old peculear.

Don't care much for spirts myself.  I drink beer cos I like the taste not to get drunk ....somtimes a nice bonus though

Brains? Yep nice drop that. They make two other decent brews in Wales......Buckleys and Felinfoel.......both independent and both worth a try.

Went off Theakstons a few years after they got 'eaten' by a corporation. If you're ever up in Yorkshire and you fancy a decent drop try Timothy Taylor; their 'Landlord Bitter' is very good.
