Last nights concoction

1lb Mince
tin of chopped toms
4 dried chillies (crushed)
2tbls tomato puree
1/4lb ish Elk Sausage chopped
Fresh clove of garlic (chopped)
couple of spuds (cubed 1cm)
Water if needed.

Shoved it in a sauce pan and cook for 30-40 or untill spuds are cooked.


Probably be nice with some fresh basil or something.

Yes but, as you say, you can guage it by how long he rolls around on the floor afterwards.

Havn't seem him roll like that since I tried some chicken zorba on him.
