Slow but a bit more has been done..

A (nearly) new tank with a good sender ..  A good coat of POR15 should help it stay new..

Decklid off and the engine-facing side cleaned up.

POR15

Dash is totally out now so i can get to all the wiring and clean up the inside of the front panel.

Dash cleaned and keyed ready for me to decide where I want everything..

Towing to Norfolk:

Was a bit of a struggle getting the bus onto the trailer becuase it was so dam cold and the bus was supprisingly heavy even know it had no engine or interior.. The winch just about managed to pull it up onto the trailer. I hate doing that part though as Im always worried the cable is going to break and come flying back

A nice big rig

There was supposed to be more pictures inbetween everytime we stopped, you know like a layby cool shot. But my girlfriend who I hired as the cameragirl for the weekend forgot her camera so I had to use my phone...

In Norfolk! Longish drive, quite slow but the trailer seemed quite stable at a steady 50 where possible.

Inside the garage, finially. Had to take the rack off but needs to come off for reconditioning anyway..

Got good space all round for work..

Nice and dry  8)

The Ford Mondeo has not been built as a tow car, but I was quite impressed with its performance, the ol' gal did well.

That's what you've been doing for the last two weeks . . . . I thought you'd died or something.

Good work.

Mr Iron Oxide has had a fair chomp through that

I'd imagine it's gonna take a while to cut all those areas out and re-fab
