Signed the papers on a new house today!

We'll be going from 1064sq.ft. to 2432sq.ft.

The new place also has a bit over a half acre of land, a 16X32 deck and a 12X24 work shop on site, and still plenty of room for a 2 or 3 car garage!!!

We've been in the current place for 20 odd years so it was defo time for a change.

Not exactly looking foreward to moving 20+ years of accumilation but........

Anyone wanting my new post address lemme know and i'll e-mail it to you.

I guess I should have mentioned it's only about 7 miles from the old place to the new one.

A place that size can only be called a mansion over here - our houses are utterly tiny in comparsion !
