Cool - but how wrong could that have gone for him, at that speed, with all those trees either side of the road. Could have been a major Doh!! moment

could have been yeah, i was watching a show about the Dukes of Hazzard and how they staged some of the jumps, sometimes the car would land hard, break something then veer violently one way or the other!!!

see it all the time at the track; someone leaves the line with the wheels in the air comes down a little harder than they thought and finds the weak spot in their front suspension - hello Mr Wall

but as you say, SO risky

as far as the jump site itself they picked a good spot, not too harsh or extreme & a good landing slope, just a shame about the trees...

The trees were the dangerous part if he lost control on landing. Suspension wise he didn't get much air and the angle of the slope of landing was ideal, plus the car stayed pretty level.

More to the point, looks like a buick to me...
